ICMQ India issues the following product-certifications for building material:

• Mandatory Certification in accordance with compulsory rules (e.g. European Directive 89/106/CEE)
• Voluntary Certification certifying performances levels in accordance with technical standards and other normative references

ICMQ is:

• A notified body in Europe for granting CE marking for building materials according to the European Directive 89/106/CE
• Recognized by the Italian National Council for Public Works for certifying Ready Mix Concrete Plants (according to the Italian Law 14/01/2008)
• Accredited in Italy by Accredia for granting voluntary certification of a list of building materials
• Accredited by Accredia in Italy (record 002H) for the verification and validation of Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)

ICMQ India isn’t currently accredited for product certification but may provide Indian companies with services aimed at achieving the certification required to compete in the European Market through ICMQ spa.
